NO ASSUMPTIONS.
You might come to me thinking you need a rebrand, a new website or a new visual identity.
Maybe you do, but let's look properly before we decide.
Before we change anything, I want to understand what's actually happening.
I don't take “I need a rebrand” at face value.
And I don't use what you don't know against you.
You know your business. You don't necessarily know what needs fixing. That's my job to work out with you.
I start with what is already there. What you're saying, what you're showing, how the business is experienced and where things may be getting lost.
If I need to look further, I'll tell you why.
That might mean competitor research, a closer look at your market, or understanding how different parts of your business work together.
I don't add research because it looks impressive on a proposal. I add it when it helps answer a question.
I look at what you've built, how it's being experienced, where things feel unclear and where the opportunity might actually be.
That's why everything starts with Fresh Eyes.
It takes assumption out of the picture.
What is a rebrand and what isn’t it?
A rebrand
Something fundamental has changed:
Your customer
Your product or offer
Your market
Your positioning
Your differentiator
The direction of the business
Not necessarily a rebrand
A new website
A new name
Updating your existing website
New photography
New visual assets
Refining your tone of voice
Reworking your messaging
Let's not amputate your business before we've actually observed and diagnosed it.
Start with fresh eyes review
Fresh Eyes is a strategic review for founders who know something isn't quite working, but aren't sure what needs to change.
I'll look at your brand from the outside — your positioning, messaging, visual identity, digital presence and the way everything currently comes together.
I'll tell you what I'm seeing, what's working, where things are getting lost and where I'd focus next.
You leave with a clearer picture of what your business actually needs.
Not a prescribed package. Not a shopping list. A diagnosis.

Your Next Five Moves
Not sure what you need? Good, that's the point.
If there's more to do, we'll work it out together.
-
Clarifying what your brand is, who it's for, what makes it different and what needs to be communicated.
-
Finding the language, tone and story that make the right things clear.
-
When the visual expression needs to evolve to reflect the business more accurately.
-
When your website or other digital touchpoints need reshaping — without automatically assuming they need rebuilding.
-
Creating a clearer system for how your brand shows up across the places your customers encounter it.
-
For businesses that don't need a full-time creative director, but benefit from having one in their corner.
You don't always need another project.
Sometimes you need someone who already understands your business.
Someone you can call when you're launching something new, questioning a piece of messaging, planning a campaign, changing a page on your website or wondering whether an idea actually feels like you.
That's where an ongoing creative direction relationship can work.
Rather than overwhelming you with a list of things you don't have the time, budget or inclination to implement, we work with what the business actually needs — as it needs it.
A creative director in your corner, without having to employ one full-time.
Investment
Every business is different, so I don't believe in forcing every project into the same package.
Fresh Eyes starts at €300 , price dependent on location as in-person.
Strategic Work from €1,500
The work is shaped around the problem, rather than a predetermined package.
Depending on what we uncover, this might involve:
Positioning — clarifying where you sit, who you're for and why someone should choose you.
Messaging — making sure what you say communicates the value and difference clearly.
Brand strategy — bringing the bigger picture together: audience, offer, differentiation, direction and the role your brand needs to play.
Brand direction — defining how that strategy should translate into the expression and experience of the brand.
Research is scoped according to the complexity of the business and the questions we need to answer.
Brand Transformation starts from €5,000–€8,000+
Let's undertake the bigger transformation.
For businesses where the work needs to move from strategy into a more substantial change of brand expression — potentially including brand direction, visual identity and digital experience.
Ongoing Creative Direction- I'll stay alongside you as the brand evolves. These are priced dependent on what you need.
Let's start with what's actually going on.
You don't need to know whether you need a rebrand, a new website, a new identity or something else entirely.
Tell me where you are, what's changed, or what isn't quite working. I'll take it from there.
